Life Book Week 3

Christy Tomlinson was the Week 3 instructor.

The lesson was titled New Blooms.

Christy shared a cool technique of paper covered foil.

I used one ply of decorative napkins and store bought tissue paper.

The backgrounds are crayons and inks and stamps and washi tape.

 

 

Markers and rub-ons are the finishing touches. 

Because of manipulating the foil,

the potential for thickness was great.

I opted for less dimension.....

It's nice that the foil flowers will smoosh down when I close my book.

 

Abundance is what came to mind as I worked on my blooms.
