Hello Stencil Lovers!
I was lucky enough to use Seth's new Past Present Future Stencil.
Seth's stencils are always packed chock FULL of content.
I played in my art journal with layer upon layer of fun.
But then what?
I kept the background page in view of my workspace.
I loved the soft colors of the layers.
I used a Stampin' Up Dictionary stamp in areas of the background.
I was thinking YES...it kept going through my head...
YES.
I journaled on top of this background with different markers and pens.
Kind of invisibly...because I wanted it to blend in.
I didn't want to alter the background too much.
I wrote all the things I want to say yes to and what it means.
Saying yes to some things means saying NO to other things.
I emphasized the circles under the Y E S.
I love this page in my art journal!
A great reminder of my life right now.
I also went into my DAILY.
I used an Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber in watermelon to highlight different areas ...
Then used pens and markers and Posca Pens to accent.
I also used Maria McGuire's Seeds Doily Stencil.
I love the little pointy icicle-like design....
Repeated, it makes a great border.
Art is so much FUN!
