Daily

Hey there!
Half way through January 2015!
My happy light and a cup of coffee start warming me up every morning!

I used parts of Maria McGuire's Teardrop Doily Stencil here...

This light green leafy thing was started with
Michelle Ward's Damask Sm 6 Stencil....
I didn't really know where I was going when I started this spread...
but this is how it ended up!

I love how these birds turned out!

And another of my Favorite All Time Stencils...
The Rose Window Stencil by Lizzie Mayne.

Love this!

Happy Arting my friends!

  1. you've probably already posted about this but what kind of markers or pencils do you use for these? the colors are so bright and the pages look like they take the colors so well. And thanks for telling us which stencils.

    1. Hi Stacey, I have a million pens and markers on my art table. They are ALL my favorites! I layer a lot of colors and media to get the look I want. The layers add a richness... I will list some of my products... Fabrico by Tsukineko, Pitt Markers by Faber Castell, Stampin' Up markers, Prismacolor Markers, Tombow Markers, Sharpie Markers, Posca Pens, Glaze Pens by Sakura, Pilot G2 pens, Uni-Ball Signo pens, Sarasa pens by Zebra.... I use whatever I have and layer them.... I will think about writing a blog post later this spring on it...or do another "Anatomy of a Page" post. Thanks for looking!
